The main focus of this role is to provide reception services to patients in a friendly, supportive and empathetic manner. You will also provide administration support to the regional manager and clinical staff.

In this role you will:

- Provide friendly, supportive and empathetic services to patients in all circumstances
- Coding invoices, EOM accruals, petty cash reconciliation and banking
- Support the Regional Manager in running regional clinics and services
- Support others in the office by undertaking general administration duties
- Manage and maintain electronic and hard copy stock records
- Assist in keeping the stock room tidy and making stock items easily assessable
- Perform stock checks as requested
- Assist patients with requests for consumable stock items
- Preparing reports, referrals and type up clinical notes
- Providing timely and accurate updates for health professionals
- Supporting Clinical staff in making patient appointments and general administration duties
- Co-ordinate and book travel arrangements for staff
- Use national operating procedures and policies for patient administrative duties

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- Have previous medical reception experience
- Strong administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a friendly empathetic nature
- Excellent customer services skills
- Be able to remain calm under pressure
- Have a good understanding of patient confidentiality
- Good numerical skills
- Be able to juggle multiple priorities
