The key responsibilities for this role are to manage the administrative and finance functions for the company including the following duties:
- Accounts administration
- Processing sales Orders
- Organise daily shipping, Freight and logistics
- Payroll support
- Administrative tasks such as the regular update of the company website
Do you have the following skill set?
- Previous knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage.
- Previous knowledge of maintaining company websites
- Previous knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign/Illustrator
- Experience with Finance administration
- Strong numerical skills
