This commercial building company have quickly grown well beyond expectations in the Auckland market. They have doubled their turnover year on year for 3 years. With a natural flow of work from preferred clients plus a growing presence in the commercial new build sector, they are keen to onboard a QS at the senior level to manage anything from 2- 4 projects worth up to $30M.

We are looking for a tertiary qualified QS with at least 8 years of experience in the Auckland market ideally. Your experience will be across a range of new builds, education, refurbishments, and weathertightness based projects. Your ability to form relationships with sub contractors and other consultants is paramount, naturally your communication will be spot on!

This role presents as great change for a QS looking to join a company on the rise with some fresh ideas.

Salary $140K - $170K
