We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to assist our busy CBD client. Our role will see you handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, GST and expenses in Xero.

This role is initially for 30 hours per week, but may extend to a 40 per week. My client is flexible on working hours ie 6 hours per day or 7.5 hours per day 4 days per week

The role will suit someone who is self-managed, mature, has a bright personality with a positive attitude and can hit the ground running.

Experience required for this role:-

- Previous Xero experience
- Reconciliations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and computer skills plus the ability to pick up tasks quickly
- Multi-tasking ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount

You must be able to commence from 9th January 2017 onwards and commit until the end of March 2017.
