Our client, based in Silverdale and is looking for a strong candidate to come on board and assist their busy business unit with administration, reporting, data entry, shipping requirements, website maintenance, artwork co-ordination plus more .
This is a busy role and requires someone with high level of attention to detail who is passionate about delivering top results for customers.
To be successful in this role, you must be numerically savvy, have an intermediate to advanced level of Excel ie pivot tables, v look ups and has great written and verbal english skills.
If you have worked for a wholesaler or distributor before this would be a bonus.
The organisation is collaborative, positive and supportive. They have strong values and truly do value their employees.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an office based administration & support role
- Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to juggle a number of priorities at the same time
- Be positive and customer focused
Previous Navision software experience is advantageous but training can be given.
