- Handle inbound customer and client phone calls and/or web/email queries
- Provide product information to existing and potential customers
- General administration

We are looking for candidates that have:

- Previous customer service experience in a contact centre or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to resolve complex problems
- Willingness to work in a team
- Embrace and adapt to change easily
- A high level of professionalism
- Professional personal presented
