What is this new role all about?
This is a dynamic role that will see you reporting to the Head of Instant Tickets and implementing Lotto's retail trade marketing strategy across the full array of promotional and merchandising activities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholder teams from: sales, product innovation and design, marketing and communications as well as getting 'out in the field' to engage with retailers. To be considered for this role:
At a personal level:
You will need to be a confident 'go-getter', who is passionate, innovative, creative and goal orientated. You will also need to be someone who enjoys working at pace and performing well under pressure.
Required background & skills:
- 2-4 years' sales & marketing experience (including some at a retail level);
- NZ driver's license with a 'clean' record;
- Strong communication skills (both written & oral);
- Solid multi-tasking, organisation & prioritisation skills;
- Proven self-management, initiative, responsibility & ownership skills;
- Have a relevant tertiary qualification.
