Beyond Recruitment is on the hunt for a switched-on Co-ordinator who is able to commit to part time work!
This busy role requires someone to work autonomously in an Administration support role for the whole business and is a customer focused role dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
There is a lot of co-ordination involved in this role, dealing with fleet maintenance and insurance claims, advertising material, purchase orders documentation and travel bookings. You must be able to demonstrate how you deal with a work flow process and then the inevitable interruptions to that process!
The role is in downtown Auckland but there is parking included!
What they require is:
- Experience in a similar Administration role.
- Someone who can work autonomously.
- Demonstrated Computer literacy
- Having a "pull together and get the job done" mentality is a must.
