We are seeking a construction design manager to manage the design coordination between the client and the contractors design team. Ideally you will have large scale residential and commercial project experience.

Preference will be given to those who have:

- Previous construction experience with a sound understanding of the anatomy of a building, its design and specifications
- An impressive level of commercial nous, coupled with a strong strategic capability

You will be ready for a move and motivated to make an impact from the moment you arrive. You are proactive, confident and reliable and you are seeking an autonomous role with a small yet dynamic team.
