This is a newly created role and will provide the link between market research and operational data.
The role will involve analysis of customer experience metrics from monthly market surveys, understand the outcomes and underlying drivers then link this to the organisations operational initiatives and data, identifying and quantifying actions so that there can be changes made in customer experience.
You will work closely with an insights team and collaborate with the operational reporting teams on what will need to be captured,tracked and reported on.
To be successful in this contract role, you will need to not only be a skilled data scientist you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to engage well with senior stakeholders.You will need to be skilled in making sense of complex and disparate information sets and translate into meaningful recommendations.
