This successful building company have quickly grown well beyond expectations in the Auckland market. With a natural flow of work from preferred clients particularly in the remediation sector plus a growing presence in the commercial new build sector, they are to a point where they need to on board another Project Manager.

As a project manager you will have a strong appetite for job ownership and ensuring tight commercial management of jobs. Many are in the light commercial area but with active tendering in larger projects, sizes of projects being tendered for are up to $20M.

We are looking for a trade and/or tertiary qualified PM with at least 5 years with strong site management strength as well. Your experience will be across a range of new builds, refurbishments, weathertightness based projects and perhaps residential based projects. Your ability to form relationships with sub contractors and other consultants is paramount, naturally your communication will be spot on!

Salary $120K - $150K + a vehicle.
