As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be handling inbound customer and client phone calls, as well as some web/email queries. You will develop expert knowledge of your organisation's services, to provide product information to existing and potential customers. You will also be required to complete some general administration tasks.
We are looking for candidates that have the following qualities:
- Previous customer service experience in a contact centre or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to resolve complex problems
- Willingness to work in a team
- Embrace and adapt to change easily
- A high level of professionalism
- Professional presentation
