This role has two different elements to it, the first been to oversee and implement the companies Health and Safety procedure and policies; and the second part of the role is to support the Business development Managers with their administration.

The primary aspect of this role is the Health & Safety, which is very much in the development stages; therefore, this will be challenging, but at the same time you will be able to put you own stamp on the role.

You will also be supporting two busy Business Development Mangers with their day to day administration to ensure customers and clients receive superior services.

The combined duties and responsibilities of this role will include;

- Implement a new Health and Safety database
- Create Health & Safety forms
- Implement health and safety procedures in the company
- Produce and maintain health and safety reports
- Train other staff in matters of Health and Safety
- Identify Hazards in the work place, and carry out audits
- Implement a new database
- Create Health & Safety forms

- Order and maintain stock of PPE equipment and clothing
- Educating clients on our services
- Respond to client quires in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with other departments within the company
- Strive to find ways to improve customer service and the client experience
- Follow up on new business opportunities
- Participate in briefings and team meetings
- Update and maintain client database
- General administration to support the BD Managers

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

- Have a minimum of 3 years customer service / administration experience
- Health and Safety experience would be advantageous
- Have good attention to detail
- Proven capability to analyse, problem solve and make decisions
- Be highly organised and have excellent time management skills
- Be a team player
- Be confident in communication with people at all levels
- Have a minimum of 3 years customer service / administration experience
- Have a strong work ethic and common sense
- Be able to work with changing priorities
- Be self-motivate
- Be down to earth
