- International and National projects (some travel required)
- High end projects with big budgets!
This is a fabulous opportunity to step into a highly creative environment. Projects are high end, often with extensive budgets which offers endless opportunity for architects to get creative.
Right now local and overseas projects span high end residential homes, large scale holiday homes, apartments, villa complexes, commercial fit outs and a high end lodge development in Queenstown.
About the opportunity:
The team require a leader. You will be hands on and involved, overseeing the detailing of projects. Your role will have a design element along with project delivery, following the project out to site.
As Revit is quite new in the studio, you will bring your Revit capability and assist with polishing systems and processes. Most new projects are now driven from Revit.
You will contribute as part of the team that manages professional and technical standards, compliance requirements and effectiveness of the practice. In fact, we'd love you to be the go to person when it comes to QA.
Excellent communication is essential due to the requirement to liaise with a range of stakeholders and work independently with clients.
We are seeking the highest level of technical ability for this opportunity and as importantly, the passion to apply these abilities to complex projects.
There may be some travel required to projects throughout NZ and Australia.
In summary we are looking for evidence in your CV of:
- Revit capability
- Leadership (experience or capability)
- Expansive QA savvy'ness
- Experience working with large and complex projects
Personally you will have an outstanding work ethic, be focused and motivated and have excellent communication.
