In this role you will be providing fantastic customer service and administration support, for a close knit and loyal manufacturing business.
Your daily duties will be:
- Answering all inbound customer query calls
- Receiving and processing sales orders
- Ensure smooth flow of information to warehouse staff
- Process data entry of inwards goods and more.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Systems savy
