Based in Britomart, this software company is a start-up that is currently in a period of massive growth. This company values its employees, with an ethos of rewarding hard work and performance with a flexible and forward thinking work environment.
You will be contributing to a small but driven team in an IT Account Management capacity. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries though email and predominantly phone calls, helping customers through any questions or issues they may have with the product. At times you may also go out on site.
You role will also include monitoring usage of the product and proactively coaching customers over the phone and on occasion face to face to enable them to maximise use of the product functionality.
As this is a new and malleable role that may evolve over time, you will need to open to change, able to adapt with the role.
We are looking for candidates that have the following qualities:

- Willingness to work in a team
- Embrace and adapt to change easily
- A high level of professionalism
You will be either a recent graduate with some experience in IT Customer Service or Account Management, wanting to truly add value and be part of the journey.
