This position is required to perform an Expert Payroll Function. The Payroll Specialist function and disciplines will be in accordance with the organisational policy, values, processes and systems of the business.

Reporting to the Financial Manager the responsibilities include,

- Payroll for 170+ Employees
- Electronic Payroll records (Monthly IRD, Employee schedules PAYE and deductions
- Arrange Payment of salaries, wages, deductions Twice per Month
- Distribute Payroll Costing & Overtime Reports
- Coordinate with Payroll Outsourced Contractor
- Troubleshoot IDT & MYOB interface
- Raise & Resolve Payroll related issues
- Drafting New Company Policies
- Responsible for managing training and development across sector.
- Preparation of draft employment contracts (4 X per Week)
- Liaising with Internal & External Financial Managers
- Clarify & Rectify (If any) pay related queries
- Changes in Salary based Employment Terms for Employees
- Financial Reporting & Communication to Departmental Managers
- Other Operational and Financial duties as required by the manage
