Duties will include:
- Maintaining Employee records
- Update HR databases
- Drafting Contracts
- Process employees requests and provide relevant information ( via shared inbox)
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads and process incoming resumes
- Coordinate HR projects, meeting and training seminars
- Conduct VISA Checks
To be successful you will:
- Be skilled on systems (Computer Savvy)
- Have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Previous HR Admin and recruitment experience A MUST!!
- SNAP Hire, ideal but not a must
- Need to be resilient
- Team Player.
