Great opportunity for the facilities manager who enjoys working at a fast pace and seeing results.

Our client has more projects than resource and is keen to start a contractor urgently to take over some of the workload.

Projects right now are typically depot relocations in the North Island. Depots house office and warehouse staff so you need to be able to pick up the project, work with the team and landlord to make it happen.

When projects are nearing fruition, there may be overnight travel. Leading up to that there could be day trips and a pool vehicle will be provided. Video conferencing is utilised to try and minimise travel.

We need someone who is a self-starter but has the ability to check in when getting into unchartered waters.

There are existing formulas in the business for these projects, however management are open to receiving your ideas on how things can be done better.

Required strengths are:

- You work at pace
- Exceptional communication
- Able to liaise with a variety of staff and stakeholders
- You are a self-starter, however don't try to do it alone

Generous remuneration based on an annual salary of $120,000pa, approximately $65 per hour.
