Key Responsibilities include:
• To provide expert business support services for Leaders across Directorate teams
• Assist with the design and implementation of administration policies and procedures
• Proactively managing and coordinating Director’s diaries and scheduling of meetings
• Overseeing logistical requirements – room bookings, workshops, travel
• Dealing and managing incoming correspondence
• Drafting agendas, recording minutes, and preparing any necessary documentation
