About the roles:

Accounts Payable – Perm and Temp (Auckland Central)

  • Processing invoices in a timely manner
  • Daily reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting as required
  • Effectively communicate with and respond to all queries

Accounts Receivable – Perm and Temp (New Lynn and Auckland Central)

  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

Payroll – Perm and Temp (Auckland Central) Full-time and Part-time available

  • Answering employees and managers queries around payroll procedures, laws and taxes
  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records
  • High attention to detail and good NZ legislation knowledge needed

Accounts Assistant – Perm and Temp (Auckland Central)

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliation/cashflow
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Accounts Administration
