Duties Include:
- Assist with end--to-end accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with changes within the database and FMIS
- Process expense claims and staff payments as required
- Assist with credit card reconciliations and invoicing
- Month-end and year-end reporting and assistance
We Are Looking For:
- An experienced finance administrator that is motivated to grow and take ownership of business processes
- Ability to handle volume and work efficiently and accurately
- A passion for continuous improvement and ability to implement new business processes
- A knack for problem-solving, with a focus on customer service
