- ASAP start – Full time
- $30 - $35 per hour
- East Tamaki location
Your duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Handle the Accounts Payable email inbox
- Vendor reconciliations
- Maintaining supplier records
- Chasing up on outstanding payments
- Have proven experience with Accounts Payable functions
- Experience with using SAP is ideal
- Strong Excel skills
- Be reliable and well organised
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Able to start working immediately
- Currently have full working rights in New Zealand
