About the role:
In this role, you will be assisting the Finance team with your Accounts Payable knowledge. You will be required to complete a heavy amount of data entry, invoicing, assisting the Accounts Receivable team if needed, making sure accurate data is entered into the system, and general administration duties.
  • Based in Mangere
  • Hourly rate of $30 - $33
  • 30 hours a week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Parking available
  • ASAP start
  • Temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate
To be qualified for the role:
  • Have proven experience with Accounts Payable
  • XERO experience is essential
  • Be reliable and well organised
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
  • Able to start working immediately
  • Have full working rights in New Zealand, overseas candidates will not be considered
