We are looking for someone experienced with Xero! We're on the hunt for a new team member to join our client's Accounts Payable team right away.
Applicants must be eligible to work in NZ and able to commit to 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier and subcontractor inquiries.
- Maintain financial compliance by following established procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Reconcile the main business account and Eftpos cards accounts in Xero.
- Petty cash - review coding and login petty cash transactions
Key Skills:

- Basic understanding of finance tools and accounting software.
Requirements:
- Xero experience
- Previous experience in office administration and accounts payable.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
