The primary responsibility of the role will be to answering queries related to Accounts Payables!
The successful person will need to have proven AP experience with the ability to hit the ground running.
You will also need to have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you will answering queries via phone
- An understanding and practical knowledge of Accounting procedures
- Familiarity with internal control policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Analytical ability
- Good numerical and literacy skills
- Time management and planning
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- SAP experience would be desired
- A team player attitude, flexibility and strong attention to detail along with a warm and friendly personality will be key to your success.
