I am currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Advisor, to join a high-performing team, in the health sector. Based in Porirua, this organisation continues to grow, creating new opportunities across the Finance space to grow and challenge yourself. This role provides a well-supported training ground for someone looking to advance their career.
Duties Include:
- Management of Receivables and debt collection processes
- Bank reconciliations, cash and CSO management, as well as management of other payment sources
- Client and debtor refunds, set up of new debtors, emailing statements and ensuring effective communication
- Use of Xero and Gensolve systems, to update client information
- Management of invoicing, creating quotes as required
We Are Looking For:
- A driven Finance professional who has experience in with Accounts Receivable, or other financial administration processes
- A desire to continuously develop in the Finance space within the role, with a great ability to tackle problems
- Good organisation and analytical skills, with a strong communication skillset
