Administration & Accounts Assistant

This is an amazing opportunity to join a small, well established and thriving values based organisation. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will see you being an all-rounder in a small team that is committeed to the business success. You will be responsible for all administration duties and the performing of accounting tasks.

Tasks will include:

  • Maintaining of filing systems
  • Processing of AP and AR
  • Bank & GL reconciliations
  • Updating of cashflow
  • Assist in Payroll processing
  • Arranging of staff travel
  • Assist in new starter induction
