Our client is a reputable, well established organisation looking for a skilled Administrator / PA to join their Auckland team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to work for a highly regarded company, with the opportunity to upskill and have great career growth.

Responsibilities could include but not limited to:

  • Customer/Driver Support
  • Management of Fixed Fare Schedules
  • Assisting with tender documents and contracts
  • Email and phone queries
  • Assist with database maintenance for drivers
  • Arranging all travel and accommodation when required
  • Receive and send courier deliveries
  • Management of board room and meeting room requirements
  • Other duties as requested from Finance Manager or CEO

Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience ideally in the public sector
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and use initiative
  • Integrity and professionalism at all times
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability to new software
  • Excellent presentation
