Our client is within the healthcare sector and are currently looking for experienced administrators who have a strong work ethic and are motivated to start working immediately. They are looking for x2 administration superstars to join the team so there are multiple opportunities available!

About the role:
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of a service team of information and records personnel
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Corporate Information and Records Transition Manager
  • Maintain effective workflow within the office allowing delivery of work to a predefined work plan
  • Assist with scheduling and writing reports
  • Other administrative duties where needed
To be successful for these roles, you must:
  • Have proven administration experience
  • Be systems Savvy as you will need to pick up training quickly
  • Provide high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Able to start immediately
  • Currently living in New Zealand and have full working rights
