This busy and varied Role will Include:

  • Client services
  • Inbox email management
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Monthly claims reconciliation
  • Database management
  • Intranet site updates and content management
  • EDM management
  • Meetings and minutes coordination
  • Travel organisation
  • General wider team administration

You will have a solid admin background and skills in:

  • Administrative or marketing support
  • Experience with social media and email campaigns
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to follow protocol and policy
  • Experience in the healthcare centre would be beneficial but not essential
