We are currently seeking a Permanent Administrator for a large government organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of professionals. If you’re a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support nationally to ensure smooth running and efficiency
  • Assist in preparing contracts, extensions, updating records accurately and on time
  • Responding to enquiries and providing high-quality customer service
  • Managing email correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as assigned by management

To be a successful candidate, you must bring:
  • Intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • A commitment to customer service excellence
  • Able to demonstrate initiative, and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong commitment to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent organisational skills with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in administrative roles

Essential for the role:
  • Must be available ASAP
  • Have a clear Criminal Record 
  • All applicants must be a NZ Resident/Citizen or have a valid NZ Work permit
