Day to day responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support nationally to ensure smooth running and efficiency
- Assist in preparing contracts, extensions, updating records accurately and on time
- Responding to enquiries and providing high-quality customer service
- Managing email correspondence
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Supporting other administrative tasks as assigned by management
To be a successful candidate, you must bring:
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- A commitment to customer service excellence
- Able to demonstrate initiative, and ability to work autonomously
- Strong commitment to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational skills with a positive “can do” attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in administrative roles
Essential for the role:
- Must be available ASAP
- Have a clear Criminal Record
