About the role:

As an Administrator you will be supporting the higher management and the wider team by providing effective and efficient administration services.

 
  • Diary/Calendar management
  • Inbox management
  • Preparing of reports, letters, minutes of meeting and other documentation
  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Processing of inward and outward mail/correspondence
  • Ensure high quality responsiveness for information and service

About you:
  • Previous administration/PA experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build key relationships

  • Current NZ driver’s license (mandatory)
