We currently on the hunt for a part time junior admin assistant for a temporary role commencing ASAP based in New Plymouth. They are currently looking for a temp while they recruit permanently. Ideally looking for someone to start ASAP who is happy to work Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm.

- Part time hours, 9am - 12pm, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing administration
- Opening/closing the office for clients
- Daily sorting incoming and outgoing mail for couriers
- Word processing, data processing
- Happy to help out with general administration tasks as required
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Proven administration skills is desired
- Good attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Someone who is a natural problem solver

- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
