Switched on Administrator need for 5-6 months to support a busy team dealing with property maintenence. This role is based in Hamilton, working full time, business hours.
There will be lots of administration duties, so you will need to be organised and able to deal with multiple stakeholders at the same time. You will be liaising with external suppliers and contractors so excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential to the success of this role. You will provide regional support to maintenence teams and work collaboratively to ensure that work is delivered to service level agreements and standards.
Previous experience in a busy administration role or within a property or maintenance team will be beneficial.
The successful person should ideally have the following skills:
- Administration experience
- Strong Excel and accounts administrator skills, so that you can create and maintain reporting spread sheets
- Be able to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Be systems savvy
- Excellent communication skills and be proactively forthcoming with updates to your team
