The newly established Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) is seeking Subject Matters Experts who know what good looks like and are happy to share this across the teams.

This is an exciting, newly established role where you will be responsible for providing advice on health, safety and wellbeing. You will also help support and implement fit-for-purpose health, safety and wellness processes. Your expertise and skills will support growing the capability of their people to enable a culture where health, safety and wellbeing is part of how they do things. You will offer every opportunity to grow and thrive in your role.
You will have proven experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Proven experience in delivering health, safety and wellbeing services in a large, complex and environment.
Experienced in successful staff safety and wellness promotion.
A working understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and other relevant legislation.
Knowledge of, and experience in, developing and delivering hands on health and safety policy, procedures and systems, including data management and reporting.
