We have a new opportunity for a Service Delivery Advisor within the technology environment, based in Wellington.
In this role you’d be supporting the ICT Manager to assist and ensure that business solutions are aligned to the wider technology strategy and organisational plan. You’d be assisting with improving organisational effectiveness by developing and implementing technology-based business solutions to support the achievement of strategic goals through the optimisation of investment in core business systems (such as Salesforce, GreatPlains, Telephony etc.) by covering:
- Improvement opportunities
- Liaising with business owners to determine business requirements
- Scoping service improvement initiatives
- Managing work requests and change releases
Ideally, we’re seeking applications from people who have prior project manager experience who have come from a technical background. However, we’d also consider experience which includes project co-ordination as part of the bigger picture. As this role will include building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, strong communication skills are essential.
