We are seeking an Agile Coach to work with a large financial sector client, for an initial contract of 12 months. You will be responsible for advising on Agile best practices and lifting the capability of the team.
This role WILL involve hands-on Scrum Master responsibilities.
To be successful for this position you will require the following skills and experience:
- Experience as an Agile Coach OR Scrum Master with some coaching experience
- Strong knowledge around Scrum and Kanban methods
- Ability to deliver training courses to groups, facilitate discussions and transformation
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills – ability to lead and influence remote teams
- Jira management experience, able to pick up new tools quickly
