About the role:
We’re looking for an Agile Team Coach to improve and accelerate the delivery of products and services that are valuable to clients’ stakeholders.
You will be:
- Transition into a more adaptive organisation through ways of working, practice and behaviour.
- Striving to help Product teams shorten feedback loops, improve quality, increase throughput
- Helping the team to rethink the way they work and remove wasteful activities from delivery practices.
About you:
- Minimum three years' experience in either Agile, DevOps, Kanban, Product Ownership, Human Centred Design, Lean UX, Start up and Waterfall.
- Understanding of modern product development principles and practices
- Passionate desire to share learnings and knowledge with teammates
- Deliver training to groups of people, as well as be able to coach one on one in a group setting
- Ability to mentor when needed
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
