About the Role:
Our client is seeking a contractor to support their clinicians and support staff on the use of a new core application. You will be the super user / champion (after training) on this bespoke application. The ability to work with clinicians is essential for this role. You will be working onsite supporting an essential service.
Skills Required:
- Experience in software application support
- Application user adoption
- Customer success owner
- Application training – small groups/one on one
- Updating documentation
- Exceptional communication skills
