We’re seeking an experienced Application Developer who values quality, teamwork, and purposeful work, and who enjoys contributing to solutions that make a genuine difference.

This role suits developers who are comfortable working across the full development lifecycle and who enjoy collaborating with technical peers, specialists, and stakeholders to design, build, and support reliable, well-designed applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute across the end to end software development lifecycle, from build and testing through to deployment and support
• Develop and maintain applications using established and emerging technologies within a structured environment
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality, resilient solutions
• Support ongoing improvement of systems through considered enhancements and maintenance
• Apply strong communication and problem-solving skills to technical and non-technical challenges

Skills & Experience:

• Strong development experience with C++, Sybase, and Linux scripting (Bash, Perl, Python)
• Experience working with cloud based platforms, ideally Azure, including Kubernetes (AKS), Service Bus, and APIM
• Exposure to Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js is advantageous
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern development practices
• Proven ability to work effectively within collaborative, team-based environments

Additional experience of interest:

• Application database experience such as PostgreSQL or equivalent
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)
