Our client is a successful global organisation with a fantastic office culture who are expanding the team as the office portfolio grows. This is a role like no other. It will require the successful candidate to be able to understand the growth strategy of their clients, and then provide tailored solutions to facilitate growth through flexible workplace options, usually working directly with Executive Management.

The ideal candidate:
- Strong communicative skills
- Work well autonomously
- Proven success working in a customer focused environment such as a business development and sales
- Experience in generating new leads and cold calling
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Commercial Property insight and market knowledge beneficial but not essential
- 3yrs+ experience in a similar industry
