About the role:
This hands-on role reporting to the Group Financial Controller will have you supporting the finance team to ensure all Accounts Receivable Invoices are raised, Bank Reconciliations completed as well as assisting with Month End for the Group.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Completion of daily New Zealand and overseas bank reconciliations via MS Excel
Process Accounts Receivable Invoices using multiple currencies including reconciliations
Assist with the month end processing
General Ledger Reconciliations
Complete adhoc reports when required.
About you:
Your qualifications, skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role
Processed Accounts Receivable Invoices
Worked with multiple currencies and exchange rates
Completed General Ledger reconciliations
Assisted with month end processing
Basic / Intermediate user of MS Excel
Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
Top notch English communications skills both verbal and written.
