Assistant Accountant – 3-month contract
ASAP Start, Short-term contract with the chance of extension or permanent
About the role:
This contract will be done onsite in Auckland central at first and eventually work from home can be flexible. 3-month contract with the potential of an extension or permanent placement.
Accounts Receivable – invoicing, receipting (credit control is handled by another team)
Month end accruals, journals
Ensuring measurable data is kept up to date on spreadsheets
KPI data reporting
Assist the Business Advisor with monthly balance sheet
ADHOC reporting
You will have strong communication skills and will be flexible and collaborative
Good technical skills, excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Other systems include Ungerboeck, Hyperion and Power BI
