My client is looking for a skilled asset manager to support the regional manager by effectively supporting their day to day business operations. No two days will be the same with this incredibly varied and exciting opportunity.

In this role you will be helping out and supporting processes to ensure that retail operational activities take practical steps to be safe and secure on site, during all working hours.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Staff management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management
  • A willingness to help on the front line
  • The ability to plan tasks and prioritise
  • Commercial knowledge
  • Immaculate interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of property and leasing contracts would be an advantage
  • Financial experience would be a bonus
