About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of this consultancy. You’ll combine your project management expertise with strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities, lead bids, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships. You’ll also oversee the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and client satisfaction remain at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives, including bid strategy, proposal development, and client presentations
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic growth planning
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring excellence in scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams
- Champion best practice, continuous improvement, and innovation across the business
- Represent this consultancy at industry events, networking forums, and thought leadership platforms
About You
You will bring a blend of strategic insight, commercial drive, and delivery capability. You’re confident engaging at senior levels, persuasive in your communication, and motivated by winning work that makes a real impact.
You will have:
- Proven success in work winning within the project management or construction consultancy sector
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects across the built environment
- Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
- Commercial awareness and the ability to shape compelling value propositions
- A collaborative mindset and passion for driving high performance
Salary: $190K - $200K + Benefits
