This national project management firm has an outstanding reputation across the construction industry delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sectors. Due to being successful in winning a major piece of healthcare infrastructure new build and upgrade work, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director with experience in healthcare projects.
As a senior leader within the consultancy, you will take ownership of major project streams, guide multidisciplinary teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading project teams and taking on the role of project responsibility.
Contributing to the leadership and development of the team.
Client Management of projects, relationship management
Accountability for projects performance
Your Background
Minimum 15 years’ New Zealand‑based experience in project management
Proven capability delivering projects within healthcare.
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering
Demonstrated leadership capability, strong commercial acumen, and a tenacious, solutions‑focused approach
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and build a strong professional presence within the industry.
Salary $180K - $220K + Benefits (negotiable)
