We have a number of opportunities with a global business based in Albany!
The business is an IT organisation and your customers will be based overseas. The hours for this role will be 5am to 1.30pm.
The requirements of this role are that you will be contacting overseas businesses to verify their computing licenses and provide them with advice if required.
This role is a combination of administration and customer service and you will be contacting your customers via email and phone. Therefore you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong desire to pick up that phone!
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous outbound calling experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks
- Available for the Hours of work 5am to 1.30pm
- Clear criminal and credit history
