Leading a team of Business Analysts, you’d be exploring opportunities across the business, identifying and designing solutions while managing a programme of continuous improvement initiatives to make sure the team has the right balance of skills, knowledge and techniques to meet the business needs.
Calling on all your experience in leading similar teams, you’d be able to step straight into this role and hit the ground running; seeking way to improve across business analysis disciplines, service design, process management, project management and quality management.
Some of the skills we’d love you to bring along would be:
- Solid knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies/techniques
- The ability to analyse customer requirements at the conceptual, logical and detailed level
- Strong experience in leading successful change, strategic thinking across complex business issues
We’d be looking for proven success in previous leadership roles, leading and building high performing teams through motivating and coaching.
