About the role
As a Benefits Analyst, you’ll support the successful delivery of a major transformation programme, working closely with stakeholders to identify, track, and realise programme benefits.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the development and maintenance of benefits realisation frameworks and plans
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify, define, and quantify programme benefits
- Tracking and analysing benefits performance against expected outcomes
- Identifying trends, risks, issues, and opportunities impacting benefit delivery
- Preparing high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights for governance forums
- Establishing baseline measures and monitoring benefit achievement over time
- Supporting benefits assurance, reviews, and sustainability activities
- Contributing to continuous improvement and best-practice benefits management approaches
What you’ll bring
- Experience in business analysis, benefits management, programme delivery, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience within large-scale transformation, change, or technology programmes is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage
- A proactive, collaborative, and outcomes-focused approach
